For easiest access, we recommend entering through Gate 2 off 42nd St. Gate address: 1051 E. 42nd St., Indianapolis, IN 46205.

If stopped at the gate by an employee, you must present your receipt of purchase for entry.

Once inside, the campgrounds will be located on your right along the fence line.

The Dump Station is located between Monon campsites 87–89. Upon arrival, please contact Security at (317) 927-7520 to have the lock box opened.

Please use the area responsibly and leave the station clean for the next guest. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your visit to the campground.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

For Monon Campgrounds: Enter the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center at Gate 6 (via Fall Creek Parkway) and drive around the roundabout to head west to the campgrounds. Find the numbered spot that you have chosen online through your reservation.

Once parked, call (317) 927-7520 and an employee will come to unlock your electrical box.

• All campers must exit the campgrounds by NOON on their scheduled departure date, NO EXCEPTIONS – if you do not vacate you will be charged a late fee every day that you do not move. If a camper knows extra time is needed and their site is booked for another guest, the camper must be removed from the site.

Check-out time is 12PM – if you have not vacated the spot by 12PM, we will charge you for another night of stay.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, a flat $10 cancellation fee will be charged (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s rental fee plus tax will be charged as a cancellation fee (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled on or after the day of arrival, the customer will forfeit their entire rental fee
