Join us as we team up with with some of our favorite, local partners to bring you these interactive Taste & Create sessions!

Draughts and drafts

Start your evening by watching the Draft Horse Show in the Coliseum at 6:00 PM before joining Draughts & Drafts from 8PM to 10PM. This unique 21+ experience explores the connection between draft horses, agriculture, and craft beer through interactive educational stations, up-close encounters with draft horses, and tastings from regional breweries. Discover how the crops that feed us also become the ingredients in every pint while celebrating the agricultural heritage behind both farming and brewing. Guests will also receive $10 in Fair Bucks to enjoy a Fair treat after the event!

Breweries included are Sun King, Hog Molly, Field Brewing, Tarnished Hollow, Grand Junction Brewing Company and more!

Coffee, Cookies and Cuddles

Come cuddle with the residents of Animal Town! Kids will get to sample three different types of milk and pair them with tree different cookies. They then will get a guided tour around the barn where they can learn about animal care and handling to earn a certificate. They will also be able to take a picture with an animal!
