We have filled all open music slots for the 2025 Indiana State Fair.

We’re excited to invite vibrant musical acts to perform at the Indiana State Fair! If you’re ready to deliver a 45-60 minute set of covers and original music, and you’re looking to captivate a diverse, family-friendly audience, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Performance Length: 45-60 minutes of engaging music that includes both covers and your original material.
  • Local Talent: We prioritize Indiana and Midwest musicians. Whether you’re a band, a solo artist, a duo, or an acoustic performer, your application is welcome.
  • Family-Friendly: Music that resonates with a broad audience, from families to long-time fairgoers.

Performance Venues: We offer three distinct stages to suit different styles and setups:

Backyard Stage (Outdoor Shipping Container Stage):
  • Sound System: Midas M32, Midas DL32 I/O Rack.
  • Stage Kit: Includes mic stands, microphones, XLR cables, NL4 cables, direct boxes.
  • Monitors: 4 EAW SM500.
  • Mains: 4 QSC KW153, Subs KW181.
  • Amplifiers: 2 Lab Gruppen PLM 4 Channel Amplifiers.
  • Technical Support: An audio tech and stagehand will be provided for setup, patching, and strike.

Taproom Stage (Indoor Acoustic Venue):
  • Sound System: 2 QSC K12 mains, 2 TOA wedges.
  • Mixing Console: Small Allen & Heath console with 6 inputs.
  • Microphones & Equipment: 2 SM58s, 2 DI boxes with instrument cables.

Winegarden Stage (Outdoor Covered Acoustic Venue):
  • Sound System: 2 QSC K12 mains, 2 TOA wedges.
  • Mixing Console: Small Allen & Heath console with 6 inputs.
