Indiana state fair CAMPING

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required prior to arrival. Walk up camping will not be available.

During the Indiana State Fair, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs due to the volume of camping reservations. Please book accordingly.

Check out times will be enforced for all guests to ensure a smooth process and site availability for those making reservations. Check-out time is noon.

Please make sure the site you have selected accommodates your length, width, and amperage. You must know the exact length of your camper (from hitch to end) to ensure you select the correct site for your trailer.

Reservations for the 2024 Indiana State Fair will open May 13, 2024. Your reservation does NOT include admission or parking to the Fair.

Check-in & Check-out

All campers must arrive between 1PM-7PM.
All campers must exit the campgrounds by NOON on their scheduled departure date, NO EXCEPTIONS – if you do not vacate you will be charged an extra night of stay and a penalty fee every day you do not move. If a camper knows extra time is needed and their site is booked for another guest, the camper must be removed from the site.
Once you arrive at the campground, please check in with the Camp Host.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, a flat $10 cancellation fee will be charged (per reservation that is cancelled)
If a reservation is cancelled between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s rental fee plus tax will be charged as a cancellation fee (per reservation that is cancelled)
If a reservation is cancelled on or after the day of arrival, the customer will forfeit their entire rental fee
