Submission does not guarantee a performance.
Indiana-based performers are prioritized.
Final stage placement and scheduling are determined by the Indiana State Fair Entertainment Team.
Performers who can work within our provided production packages are strongly preferred.
Any additional sound or production equipment must be disclosed in this application.
Your submitted rate should cover two 45-minute sets with a 15-minute break.
All performances must be family-friendly.
If selected, final performance details will be subject to contract.

Most importantly: You do not need to follow up with us after submitting your application.

Our team will review submissions as we build the Fair's entertainment schedule. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we cannot provide individual status updates.
