Community Ticket Donations

Auction Donation Requests

The Indiana State Fair supports many local non-profit organizations in the community by donating tickets to assist in fundraising efforts. These requests are for charity auctions, festivals, galas, etc.

The guidelines for organizations requesting tickets are as follows:
  • Must be a non-profit
  • Must include details in request such as organization name, event name, date, fundraising purpose, etc.
  • Must include contact name, email, phone number and address
  • Request must be submitted 30 days prior to your event
  • Organizations are limited to 1 request per 12 month period

Large Group Donation Requests

These requests are for nonprofit or community-based groups who wish to attend the Indiana State Fair as a group, particularly those serving under-resourced or underserved populations such as:

  • Youth organizations (e.g., Boys & Girls Clubs)
  • Senior care facilities or retirement homes
  • Social service groups supporting low-income families

Because these requests exceed the standard community ticket donation cap, they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to ticket availability and alignment with the Fair's mission of community engagement. Please note, organizations are limited to one request per calendar year.

If your organization is seeking a large group donation (more than four tickets) for a group visit to the Fair, please include the following in your request:

  • Details about your organization and the population served
  • Purpose of the visit (e.g., enrichment opportunity, summer programming)
  • Total number of tickets requested
  • Preferred date(s) of attendance

We appreciate your interest in sharing the Indiana State Fair experience with those in your care. All large group donation requests must be submitted below.
