Does my event ticket include Fair admission or parking?
Neither admission to the Indiana State Fair nor parking is included in the price of the ticket. You can purchase your Indiana State Fair ticket early at the discounted rate of $8 or at the gate for $12. Parking is $5 per vehicle. There are several parking options for the Indiana State Fair including fairground parking, the Indiana Transportation Museum Fair Train, free Park & Ride and IndyGo.
Can I buy a ticket to an event in the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand not the Fair?
No. You must purchase admission to the Indiana State Fair to attend an event at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand. You may purchase your Indiana State Fair ticket early at the discounted rate of $8 or at the gate for $12.
Can I purchase alcohol at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand?
The concession stands located within the gates of the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand will serve beer and wine at select events. Alcohol is only served to persons over the age of 21 with a valid ID. All patrons must present a valid ID to receive a wristband or stamp. There is a limit of two (2) drinks per person per purchase. No alcohol will be permitted outside the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand gates.
Will alcohol be sold during youth competitions?
No, alcohol will not be sold during youth competitions, including Music for All Indiana State Fair Band Day presented by Music Travel Consultants and the Cheerleading Competition.
Can food purchased at the Indiana State Fair be brought inside the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand?
Yes, food purchased at the Fair may be brought inside the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand. Also food purchased during an event at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand can be carried out after the event.
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is located at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum Box Office and open daily from 8 a.m.—7 p.m. The Hoosier Lottery Grandstand Box Office opens two hours prior to the event. Guest picking up tickets from Will Call must have a photo ID.
Will re-entry be allowed to the event?
Re-entry to ticketed events will not be allowed.
How much does parking cost for events at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstand?
There are several parking options at the Indiana State Fair. Parking at all Indiana State Fair lots is $5 per vehicle. Indiana State Fair admission is not included with the price of parking.
Other Transportation options include the Free Park & Ride from Glendale Mall, the Indiana Transportation Museum Fair Train and IndyGo, Indianapolis’ Public Transit provider.
When you park at Glendale Mall’s Rural Street lot, you can ride the Indiana State Fair shuttle for FREE! The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes from 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. each day of the fair.
IndyGo Routes 4 and 39 stop steps away from the main entrance on 38th St. Fare is $1.75 per ride or $4 for an all-day pass. Youth 18 and under and people 65 and older are eligible for reduced fare with proper ID. Plan you public transit trip to the Fair at IndyGo.net
Do you have accessible parking?
Accessible parking can be found just inside Gate 6, Gate 1, both north and west of the Expo Hall, the southwest corner of the infield adjacent to the ADA accessible walk tunnel, in The South Lot (south of 38th Street), and at the Indiana School for the Deaf.
