The Fairgrounds has more than 7000 paved spaces on 250 acres, so visitors are encouraged to leave plenty of time to access events and shows. There is a $5 facility charge per vehicle for events at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. Cash and credit cards are accepted, so please have your payment ready when you arrive.
The main entrances include:
- Gate 1 off of 38th Street
- Gate 6 off of Fall Creek Parkway
Depending on the number of events for the weekend, you may not exit where you entered. Check the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center map below to become familiar with the streets surrounding the grounds (i.e. 42nd Street). Unless specifically reserved for an event, parking may not be adjacent to your final destination.
Please follow the directions of parking attendants when entering the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. When parking in the Infield, please use pedestrian tunnels to access activities.
If you require additional accessibility or use a mobility device, please use the tunnel covered by awnings at the southwest corner of the infield.
ADA parking is available throughout the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. There may be times when temporary or “special event” ADA parking is created to support large crowds. Please look for signage and parking attendants to assist. Download the ADA parking map here.
Parking may be available in the lots just south of the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center off of 38th Street. Parking attendants and/or signage will note when available. Parking plans for the weekend may necessitate use of these lots.
VIP and valet parking may be available for specific events – as requested by particular shows. Please look for signage or advance notice from event promoter via email or social media. Additional fees may apply.
